These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and any related offerings. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ShineCore website or engaging our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Our Services

ShineCore specializes in providing professional cleaning services to commercial and residential clients throughout Bonifacio Global City and surrounding areas in Taguig. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Commercial office cleaning
  • Residential deep cleaning and maintenance
  • Post-construction cleanup
  • Special event cleaning
  • Floor care and maintenance
  • Disinfection and sanitization services

3. Booking and Scheduling

All services must be booked through our website, phone, or email. Booking confirmation will be provided via email or text message with service details and assigned technician information. We require at least 24-hour notice for standard services and 48-hour notice for specialized cleaning services.

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the cleaning location at the scheduled time. Additional charges may apply if our team must wait beyond the scheduled start time or if access issues prevent service completion as planned.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. For commercial clients, Net 30 terms may be established following approval of credit application.

Prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and may vary based on specific service requirements, square footage, frequency of service, and special needs. Any additional services requested during the cleaning visit will be billed separately with prior client approval.

A service fee of ₱500 will be charged for returned checks or declined credit card transactions. Accounts with balances past due may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a ₱500 cancellation fee. For commercial clients with recurring service agreements, the cancellation policy may vary based on the specific contract terms.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Securing or removing all valuables, fragile items, and sensitive documents before service
  • Providing access to cleaning areas and necessary utilities
  • Disclosing any special requirements, hazardous materials, or areas requiring specific attention
  • Supervising or approving the scope of work before service begins

ShineCore is not responsible for damage to items not properly secured or removed, items left in areas designated for cleaning, or items with hidden defects that could not reasonably have been identified.

7. Limitation of Liability

ShineCore maintains comprehensive liability insurance covering property damage and personal injury. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our negligence, our maximum liability is limited to the direct cost of the damaged item or ₱50,000, whichever is less.

ShineCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ShineCore and is protected by Philippine and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our materials without our express written consent.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or other conduct that we deem harmful to our business or other clients.

Upon termination, we will make arrangements to return any client property in our possession and provide a final invoice for services rendered up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided by ShineCore shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taguig City, Philippines.
